About The Position

Fortune Brands Innovations is hiring a Manager, Product Integrity to lead the Product Integrity team within Connected Products. The team verifies that connected products—including Flo by Moen water devices, Yale and August smart locks, and Master Lock connected padlocks—meet their requirements before reaching customers. The manager translates requirements from Product, Systems Architecture, and Compliance into tests with defined methods, sample sizes, and pass/fail criteria. The role leads hardware testing across production testing, hardware testing, reliability testing, and quality inspection. It owns 100% end-of-line factory testing, including test fixture design and test software; fixtures may be built in-house or developed with a supplier depending on complexity. The manager is expected to understand how electrical, mechanical, and firmware elements interact, and to lead the lab and team that verify product requirements. The position may be based in a hybrid environment in North Olmsted, Ohio, or San Francisco, California. The lab is in North Olmsted. Employees based in San Francisco should expect occasional travel to North Olmsted. Travel is approximately 15%, including travel to factories in Nogales and Tecate, Mexico, Hanoi, Vietnam, and between North Olmsted and San Francisco.
