Manager, Performance eCommerce

Lucchese Bootmaker•Dallas, TX
•Hybrid

About The Position

Lucchese is a western luxury lifestyle brand with a fast-growing digital business. The Manager, Performance Marketing will own day-to-day buying, bidding, pacing, and testing across Meta, Google, and TikTok for a multi-million-dollar paid performance program. The role calls for a high degree of independence, evidence-based decision-making, and responsibility for building the program’s playbooks. This hybrid role is based in Lucchese’s Dallas office, with three days per week in the office. The manager will work with Growth Marketing and partner with teams including creative, E-commerce, Data Science, Integrated Media, Retention, brand, product, events, and retail.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on paid media experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ideally for e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget to pacing targets.
  • Strong command of paid media metrics, including ROAS, CAC, MER, and frequency, and understanding of attribution limits and incrementality.
  • Experience with structured creative testing and audience building.
  • Comfort with dashboards and data tools such as GA4 and Supermetrics.
  • Experience using AI tools to work smarter and faster.
  • Self-direction, ability to run a program with light oversight, and ability to document it for others to follow.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; Lucchese does not offer visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads certification and Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, or premium retail.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or analytics, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily and weekly optimization across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok, keeping spend paced to plan.
  • Own campaign structure, prospecting and retargeting strategy, and audience builds, including value-based and lookalike audiences.
  • Lead a steady creative testing cadence and brief the creative team on platform needs.
  • Keep product feeds and catalogs healthy in partnership with E-commerce.
  • Manage platform relationships, beta access, and the quarterly platform roadmap.
  • Partner with the Data Scientist to drive channel mix based on incrementality, not attribution alone.
  • Document playbooks and cross-train with Integrated Media and Retention so the program does not depend on one person.
  • Report weekly against plan and flag risks to ROAS, CAC, or pacing early.

Benefits

  • Competitive benefits package
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
  • New hire boot benefit
