About The Position

VeSync is hiring an Ecommerce Product Manager for a pre-launch health and wellness technology ecosystem. This hands-on role owns the Shopify site where prospective customers learn about the product and become members. The role starts with a business case and a blank store, and is responsible for building the path to purchase from landing pages and product pages through checkout and membership signup. The Ecommerce Product Manager sets the site roadmap, carries brand vision and positioning across the customer experience, and builds pages that educate visitors, capture leads, support SEO and AEO, and drive sales. The role defines requirements, coordinates development and production partners, and continuously improves conversion through measurement and structured testing. Offer and pricing decisions are made by leadership; this role executes them on the site. This is an on-site, office-based position in Tustin, California, with a starting salary of $95,000 annually.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce product management, site management, or digital product roles for consumer (B2C) brands.
  • Hands-on direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience.
  • Deep working knowledge of Shopify Plus, including themes, checkout, apps, and platform limitations.
  • Experience owning a Shopify roadmap, rather than only working in the admin.
  • Experience launching a DTC site or leading a major rebuild and owning the site through launch and afterward.
  • Experience running a conversion program with tests and measurable results, using GA4, Shopify analytics, testing tools, and session recordings.
  • Ability to write clear requirements that developers and agencies can implement without additional explanation.
  • Understanding of how membership signup, billing, and checkout work together on Shopify and where they may break.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals and lead capture on a DTC site.
  • Ability to make progress with partial information and adapt as decisions are made while brand, positioning, and claims are being established.
  • Ability to collaborate with growth, brand, product marketing, lifecycle, paid, MarTech, and creative studio teams.

  • Experience with subscription, membership, or connected-device products.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or a similarly regulated industry, including awareness that product-page claims require review.

  • Run a structured conversion-rate optimization and A/B testing program, evaluate and document results, and use learnings to inform future work.
  • Build and launch offers, bundles, promotions, and campaign pages, and prepare the site for launches.
  • Brief, prioritize, and hold the web development agency or internal development resource accountable; write clear implementation specifications.
  • Lead the Ecommerce Web Producer on CMS builds, theme updates, and app integrations between development releases.
  • Coordinate with MarTech, Lifecycle, and Paid teams on tracking, data, and the handoff from ads or email to site pages.
