About The Position

The Ecommerce Product Manager owns VeSync’s Shopify site and the path to purchase for a pre-launch connected health and wellness product, from landing pages and product pages through checkout and membership signup. The role establishes the site roadmap, translates brand vision and positioning into the online experience, and builds a site that sells while educating visitors, capturing leads, and supporting search visibility. This is a hands-on position starting from a business case and a blank store, with the brand, positioning, and claims framework still being developed. The manager sets priorities for site development, specifies requirements, oversees web partners and ecommerce production, and continuously improves conversion through analytics and structured testing. The role also coordinates offers and campaign launches and works with MarTech, Lifecycle, Paid, growth, brand, product marketing, and creative partners to connect the customer funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce product management, site management, or digital product roles for consumer (B2C) brands, including hands-on DTC experience.
  • Deep working knowledge of Shopify Plus, including themes, checkout, apps, platform limitations, and roadmap ownership beyond administering the platform.
  • Experience launching a DTC site or leading a major rebuild and owning the site through and after launch.
  • Experience running a conversion program with tests and measurable results using GA4, Shopify analytics, testing tools, and session recordings.
  • Ability to write requirements that developers and agencies can build from without additional explanation.
  • Understanding of how membership signup, billing, and checkout work together on Shopify and where they can fail.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals and DTC lead capture.
  • Ability to build amid ambiguity, make progress with partial information, and adjust as brand, positioning, and claims decisions are made.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with growth, brand, product marketing, lifecycle, paid, MarTech, and the creative studio.
