About The Position

Rise Up Restaurants is seeking a Manager, Operations Integration to help turn executive strategy into real-world execution across our growing Wingstop organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this highly visible role will lead cross-functional initiatives, build scalable processes and tools, and partner with both corporate and field leaders to ensure new programs don't just launch — they stick.

Requirements

3–7 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, project management, training, or a related field
Know how to take a big idea and turn it into an executable plan
Highly organized and can manage multiple projects and deadlines
Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver
Communicate confidently with both restaurant teams and executive leadership
Comfortable working independently and don't need step-by-step direction
Take ownership, set priorities, and keep projects moving
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Willing to travel approximately 30%

Nice To Haves

AI and Power BI experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects from concept through implementation
Turn executive direction into clear, actionable plans for restaurant teams
Build playbooks, SOPs, presentations, communications, and training materials
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with Field Operations, Training, HR, Marketing, and IT
Support the rollout and adoption of key Wingstop initiatives
Spend approximately 30% of your time in the field, gathering feedback and validating execution
Measure adoption, identify gaps, and help improve processes
Lead special projects for executive leadership
Create solutions that can scale across a growing restaurant organization
