The Manager of Slot Operations is responsible for fostering a fun and entertaining atmosphere that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy. This role enthusiastically promotes Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. The Manager will oversee all aspects of slot operations, including new game rollout, maintenance, performance, and overall appearance. They will establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals. Additionally, the Manager will select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action. This role involves communicating and working closely with the Director, vendors, suppliers, and team members to execute large-scale slot projects, such as machine moves, equipment installations, and equipment upgrades. The Manager will collaborate with the Director to develop and provide a complete ROI analysis when recommending new slot purchases or upgrades, and remain current with the latest slot industry developments and trends. They will monitor team performance as needed based on competition, property goals, and end-user feedback, and represent the department at all official functions and company events, including committee and staff meetings. The Manager will develop and maintain a welcoming, safe, professional, and friendly work environment, oversee the overall integrity of slot games, and perform other duties as assigned.
