About The Position

The Manager on DoorDash’s Pharmacy Strategy & Operations team will own the growth and merchant engine for the company’s pharmacy business. This includes building and executing go-to-market plans to bring pharmacy merchants onto DoorDash, increase their volume, and retain them. The role works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and New Verticals platform teams. The manager will turn the pharmacy opportunity into a repeatable operating motion by planning and launching go-to-market programs, pitching and negotiating with merchants, and shaping communications to returning customers. The role owns pharmacy merchant performance insights, identifies funnel gaps, and determines growth opportunities. It translates targets into operating plans and measurable results, combining commercial judgment with data analysis, modeling, and prioritization. This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the GM of Pharmacy S&O, with the opportunity to build a team in the future. The manager will develop marketplace strategy; track operational metrics; use Excel and SQL to assess program and experiment economics; turn strategies into experiments, product features, and tools; use AI to automate processes, create prototypes, and develop product visions; and influence cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives.
