About The Position

The Media Marketing Manager owns performance media strategy, execution, and optimization for Hertz Corporation across the Hertz, Dollar Car Rental, and Thrifty Car Rental brands. The role drives profitable rental bookings by managing paid search, programmatic display and video, connected TV and paid video, paid social, retargeting, and other conversion-based advertising. Success is measured against booking, revenue, rental-day, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition cost (CPA) goals. The position owns the US and Inbound to US performance media plan and works across internal functions, agencies, and platform partners. It translates booking, revenue, and market-share goals into channel strategies, forecasts, and test plans by brand, market, rental-location type, and customer segment. The manager oversees pacing and in-flight optimization, leads agency and platform partners, evaluates new channels and betas, and reports performance with clear recommendations. The role is based in the Estero, Florida or Atlanta, Georgia office at least three days per week. The salary range starts at $120,000 and is commensurate with experience.
