About The Position

The Manager, Integrated Marketing turns company positioning and business goals into coordinated, multi-channel campaigns that reach the right accounts with a consistent story. The role owns campaign planning, messaging, and results, integrating demand generation, content, paid media, account-based marketing, events, and product marketing. It works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, balancing hands-on execution with direction of agencies, freelancers, and teammates. Success is measured by pipeline from new-logo targets; on-time campaign and launch execution with consistent messaging across channels; and conversion from lead to meeting to opportunity by campaign. The role is based at the company’s Minneapolis North Loop office and follows a hybrid model with two in-office days per week.
