About The Position

Over The Moon is seeking a highly organized, hands-on marketer to bring its brand to life consistently across every channel. The Manager, Integrated Marketing connects campaigns, channels, and partners to ensure each customer touchpoint tells a unified, impactful story. This role drives integrated campaign planning and execution, manages partnership marketing deliverables, leads a small team, and aligns marketing, merchandising, and operations through disciplined project management. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role within a fashion, luxury, or lifestyle ecommerce brand.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that deliver cohesive brand experiences and measurable results.
  • Experience managing marketing deliverables for brand or retail partnerships.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to bring order to complexity and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Proficiency with Asana or a comparable project management tool.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize cross-channel data into clear performance narratives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, confident communication style and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong brand instincts and an understanding of luxury and lifestyle customer behavior and storytelling.
  • Strong appreciation for brand storytelling, customer experience, and elevated visual presentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with an email and SMS platform such as Klaviyo.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring consistent messaging, creative, and timing.
  • Develop campaign briefs that align channel owners, creative teams, and external partners around shared goals and a single narrative.
  • Own the marketing calendar, coordinating launches, promotions, and evergreen programs so channels amplify rather than compete with one another.
  • Own the photoshoot calendar and budget, maintain lead times in line with merchandising and marketing calendars, and optimize expenses.
  • Work with merchandising and operations to understand the positioning of new products and help shape the product drop calendar.
  • Partner with leadership to set and track campaign KPIs, synthesize cross-channel performance, and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Champion brand consistency across customer touchpoints, from top-of-funnel awareness to post-purchase communications.
  • Manage marketing deliverables for brand partnerships, including co-branded campaigns, cross-promotional emails, social placements, and photoshoot inclusions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner marketing teams and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met by both sides.
  • Brief internal stakeholders and external partners on creative, copy, and campaign requirements.
  • Track partnership campaign performance and recommend ways to deepen high-performing relationships.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports—the Marketing Associate and Graphic Designer—by setting priorities and providing day-to-day guidance and feedback.
  • Own and maintain the marketing project management system, Asana, including templates, workflows, and processes that keep cross-channel content on track.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across email, SMS, paid, social, and ecommerce channels.
  • Run weekly creative and project reviews, surface deadline changes early, and enable teams to pivot when necessary.
  • Document go-to-market strategies and translate them into tactical deliverables across marketing, merchandising, and operations.
  • Work with leadership and the founder to translate brand and business priorities into actionable marketing plans and timelines.
  • Ensure marketing calendars reflect key merchandising moments, product storytelling priorities, and evolving business needs.
  • Partner on email and SMS programming to integrate lifecycle and promotional sends into the broader campaign calendar.
  • Guide day-to-day execution of send schedules, segmentation, and performance reporting.
