About The Position
Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a motivated, friendly, and driven individual for its Manager-in-Training program. The role provides hands-on training with experienced managers to prepare for a management position. The employee will help run daily car wash operations, deliver positive customer experiences, maintain the site and equipment, and support customer growth and loyalty. Responsibilities
- Train hands-on with experienced managers to prepare for a leadership role.
- Greet customers enthusiastically and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Help expand the business and build customer loyalty.
- Open and close the wash, operate equipment, and support smooth daily operations.
- Maintain the tunnel, vacuum areas, and equipment.
- Use the Point of Sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Help wherever needed to support the team and keep customers happy.
