About The Position
Waves Express Car Wash is seeking motivated Managers in Training for its Simpsonville – West Georgia Road location. This growth-track role offers hands-on experience in car wash operations, customer engagement, sales, and team leadership, with opportunities to advance into management. The position involves working in a fast-paced outdoor environment and staying active throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Strong sales or communication skills; retail, restaurant, or call center experience is welcome.
- Comfort speaking with customers and explaining value-based offers.
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
- Willingness to work outdoors and remain active throughout the shift.
- Leadership potential and interest in a growth-track role.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with energy and positivity.
- Promote the Wash Club and drive membership sales.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and support team operations.
- Ensure wash quality, guide vehicles safely through the wash, and maintain a high-quality site experience.
- Work with upper management to learn operations, customer engagement strategies, and sales performance metrics.
- Clean vacuums and help resolve customer issues.
