Express Car Wash Manager-in-Training into Assistant Manager
About The Position
Waves Express Car Wash is hiring energetic, motivated individuals as Managers-in-Training, with a development path toward becoming an Assistant Manager. The role provides hands-on leadership experience and training in car wash operations, working alongside an experienced management team. Candidates will support the Site Manager, help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, assist with site operations, promote Wash Club memberships, and help maintain facility standards. No prior management experience is required; training and hands-on experience are provided. Interviews will be held at the company's corporate office in Powdersville, South Carolina.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in sales, leadership, and developing a career in management.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work some weekends.
- Willingness to travel between any of the five Upstate South Carolina locations.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager, help lead the team, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Create welcoming customer experiences and help resolve concerns professionally.
- Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, and overall site operations.
- Promote Wash Club memberships, communicate their value to customers, and help the team achieve sales goals.
- Lead by example, encourage accountability, and help team members improve their performance.
- Follow company policies and help ensure the facility remains clean, safe, organized, and operates efficiently.
