About The Position
Waves Express Car Wash is hiring a highly motivated Manager in Training for its Simpsonville – West Georgia Road location. This growth-track role offers hands-on experience in car wash operations, customer service, sales, and team leadership. The manager in training works daily with upper management to learn operational practices, customer engagement strategies, and sales performance metrics, with management roles potentially available in 6–12 months.
Requirements
- Strong sales or communication skills; retail, restaurant, or call center experience is welcome.
- Comfort speaking with customers and explaining value-based offers.
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
- Willingness to work outdoors and remain active throughout the shift.
- Leadership potential and interest in a growth-track role.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with energy and positivity.
- Promote the Wash Club, drive membership sales, and support customer satisfaction.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and support team operations.
- Ensure wash quality, guide vehicles safely through the wash, and maintain the site experience.
- Learn operations, customer engagement strategies, and sales performance metrics alongside upper management.
- Perform hands-on site tasks, including cleaning vacuums, and resolve customer issues.
