About The Position

Lantern is a specialty care platform that partners with employers and health plans to deliver measurable savings on surgical and specialty care. The Growth Analytics team connects data and commercial strategy by building the analytical foundation for sales and demonstrating Lantern’s value to clients. The Manager of Growth Analytics owns the analytical narrative behind Lantern’s value proposition. This person develops savings frameworks, models, and presentations, ensuring the methodology and client-facing story are compelling, credible, and defensible. The role is split approximately equally between analytical and sales-enablement work and client-facing engagement. It is hybrid, with at least three days per week in Lantern’s Dallas, Texas office. The manager works closely with sales leadership, product, health economics, and data teams; presents Lantern’s savings approach to employers, health plans, consultants, and CFOs; and manages and develops a Growth Analytics Analyst. The role also identifies opportunities to use AI-powered tools and workflows to reduce manual analytical work.
