Growth Strategy & Analytics Analyst
About The Position
The Growth Strategy & Analytics Analyst oversees financial modeling and valuation initiatives for Privia Health clients nationwide. As a member of the Growth Analytics organization, the role provides financial analysis that helps Privia stakeholders and prospective practices make business decisions, improve business results, and support company growth. The position works across finance, sales, analytics, and payer teams and produces scalable recommendations and analyses, including work with practice management systems. The role requires compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations. The role is eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The stated base salary range is $65,000–$75,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. For employees who regularly work from home offices, expense reimbursement is available to offset internet costs. Remote workers must have internet speeds of at least 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload before employment begins.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Excel experience.
- Technical aptitude and ability to pull reports from several different practice management systems.
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Healthcare experience in audit, consulting, or a healthcare quantitative field is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ROI models for prospective practices interested in joining PMG.
- Assist in developing and refining models to reflect changing understanding of markets and the broader healthcare industry.
- Perform ad hoc pro forma financial analyses to help Privia departments and potential customers answer data-related questions with limited oversight.
- Foster relationships and cross-functional support among finance, sales, analytics, and payer teams.
- Assess situations carefully and deliver scalable recommendations and results.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
