About The Position

Lantern is seeking a Manager of Growth Analytics to own the analytical narrative behind its value proposition. The role develops rigorous savings methodologies, actuarially sound models, analyses, and client presentations that explain how Lantern generates savings and ensure its claims are compelling, credible, and defensible. Approximately half the role focuses on building methodology, analyses, and sales materials in partnership with sales leadership; the other half involves presenting the savings approach to health plans, employers, benefit teams, consultants, and other clients. The Manager will support commercial strategy by tailoring savings narratives to prospects' claims, population size, and benefit designs, while building reusable analytical assets and improving workflows with AI-powered tools. The position also manages and coaches a Growth Analytics Analyst and collaborates with Data Engineering, BI, Product Analytics, Product, Health Economics, and sales teams. The role is hybrid, with at least three days per week in Lantern's New York City office.
