Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum three years’ management experience in hospital environment required.

Responsibilities

  • Driving Patient Satisfaction Scores and attaining KPI results monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Manages the day-to-day activities in accordance with Hospital policies and procedures. Coordinates housekeeping and transportation activities with other departments
  • Contributes to the development of annual goals, objectives and departmental budget and actively facilitates the achievement of budgeted goals and cost objectives and the on-going evaluation of results.
  • Actively communicates with administration and other hospital departments
  • Supervises an effective Quality Assurance Program for the department that is consistent with the overall Hospital Quality Assurance plan.
  • Develops and maintains a service orientation in performing duties with fellow team members, patients, medical staff and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies/requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
