About The Position

As our Manager Clinical Practice, you will ensure clinical oversight of around 14 Therapeutic Specialists based at our Residential Units across the state. You will provide quality clinical supervision, manage risk, lead and embed best practice models such as CARE and TCI, and develop capability to ensure fidelity and practice mechanisms. This is a fixed-term role until August 2027. Requirements

A clinical psychologist or a social worker with additional training or registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
Experienced in delivering individual and group supervision.
Post graduate training or accreditation in clinical supervision.
Exceptional Leadership capability in respect to people, performance and outcomes in both internal operations and the delivery of great outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management.

Nice To Haves

An understanding of CARE and TCI would be highly regarded.
Systemic family work or a background in Family Therapy would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Ensure clinical oversight of Therapeutic Specialists.
Provide quality clinical supervision.
Manage risk.
Lead and embed best practice models such as CARE and TCI.
Develop capability to ensure fidelity and practice mechanisms.
Provide expert case consultation and advice to highly skilled specialists, particularly around trauma, attachment, mental health, disability, substance abuse and sexually harmful behaviours, and developmental assessments.
Lead in respect to people, performance and outcomes in both internal operations and the delivery of great outcomes.
Stakeholder management.
