About The Position

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Manager Business Systems and Transformation to support Finance and Reporting within its digital organization. The role supports Corporate and Enterprise Services and the OneStream reporting platform. It requires collaboration across digital and functional workstreams, expertise in system design and configuration, and effective executive communication, along with strong technical proficiency in systems and processes aligned to Finance and Reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of relevant software engineering or enterprise application delivery experience.
Hands-on experience providing OneStream technical and administrative support across multiple highly available environments.
Proficiency managing OneStream applications, including copy and refresh, application creation and deletion, and disk-space monitoring.
Expertise in user provisioning, including user, role, and group management; ACM tool administration; and custom provisioning dashboard updates.
Experience supporting user technical issues, including login failures, desktop client problems, Excel add-in troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
Experience managing OneStream Marketplace Solutions, including ACM, System Diagnostics, and CAT, and handling their installation and troubleshooting.
Experience managing upgrades and deploying desktop and Excel client updates to populations of 5,000 or more employees.
U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Snowflake, Matillion, and Alteryx integrations using REST APIs.
Experience with the OneStream SAP Connector, SIC integration, and OS-to-SAP load automation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with continuous enhancements and releases.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and administrative support for OneStream across multiple highly available environments.
Manage OneStream applications, including copying and refreshing applications, creating and deleting applications, and monitoring disk space utilization.
Manage user provisioning, including users, roles, groups, ACM tool administration, and updates to custom provisioning dashboards.
Resolve user technical issues involving login failures, desktop clients, Excel add-ins, and performance.
Manage OneStream Marketplace Solutions such as ACM, System Diagnostics, and CAT, including installation and troubleshooting.
Manage upgrades and deploy desktop and Excel client updates to large user populations of 5,000 or more employees.
Collaborate across digital and functional workstreams and communicate with executives in support of the OneStream reporting platform.
