About the position
Responsibilities
Communications Planning (50%)
Audit and refine Bombas' day-to-day communication touchpoints
Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer insights, product, merchandising, and creative teams to improve Bombas' presence across email, site, and social platforms
Social-First Brand Marketing (30%)
Define and lead influencer and brand friendlies engagement strategy
Shape content plans, execute product distribution, manage contracts, measure results, and oversee agency partners
Creative Brief Writing (15%)
Develop insights-filled product and campaign briefs using quantitative and qualitative data
Provide visual references and cultural trends for creative ideation
Uncovering New Opportunities (5%)
Proactively identify new and unexpected opportunities to shape the Bombas brand

Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience working on consumer brands in strategy development, comms planning, creative ideation, copywriting, or consumer research
- Experience in auditing and refining communication touchpoints
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, customer insights, product, merchandising, and creative teams
- Experience in social-first brand marketing, including influencer engagement strategy, content planning, product distribution, contracting, measurement, and agency partner management
- Ability to develop insights-filled product and campaign briefs using quantitative and qualitative data
- Eye for design and ability to pull visual references and cultural trends for creative ideation
- Proactive and curious mindset to uncover new opportunities for brand shaping
- Constantly improving craft and open to feedback
- Curiosity and willingness to dive deep into research reports and academic articles for new insights
- Ability to create concise, clear, and thoughtful materials
- Passion for consumer brands and communication strategies
