About The Position

Provides innovative leadership to maximize the department’s contribution to overall hospital performance. Demonstrates effective planning and management of human and financial resources to achieve quality outcomes in line with the institution’s financial goals. Ensures hospital compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting organizations. Accountable for departmental management 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of admissions or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma.
• Computer skills are required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and direct services that meet the needs of identified internal and external customers.
• Communicate and interact with key internal and external customers.
• Handle related accountabilities as required or directed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting organizations.
• Manage departmental operations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
