About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world experience in business and leadership. Interns take on challenges similar to those faced by Enterprise’s first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning and development. The role is based in American Fork, Utah, and surrounding locations. The internship lasts 10–12 weeks, with a maximum of 89 days, during the May-to-August window.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating no later than May 2028 (rising senior).
- Able to work 40 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to a maximum of 89 days during the May-to-August window.
- Hold a valid U.S. driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
- Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the last five years.
- Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Be at least 18 years old.
