About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, practical experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peer support throughout the internship. The role is located at 221 S 500 E ST, American Fork, UT 84003-2523.

Interns learn about running a successful business and develop management skills through work involving vehicle fleet management, customer service, marketing strategies, and relationship-building with customers and coworkers. They also complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. Interns may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

• Be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating no later than December 2027 (rising senior).
• Be able to work 25 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to a maximum of 89 days, during the January-to-April window.
• Have a valid U.S. driver's license and no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the last five years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Be at least 18 years old.
