Management Trainee Spring Internship - American Fork
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, practical experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns work in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The internship offers opportunities to learn how to run a successful business and build management skills. The role is located at 221 S 500 E ST, American Fork, UT 84003-2523. The internship runs for 10–12 weeks, with a maximum of 89 days, during the January-to-April window. Interns must be able to work 25 hours per week. They may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating no later than December 2027 (rising senior).
- Must be able to work 25 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to 89 days maximum, during January to April.
- Must currently have a valid U.S. driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the last five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
