About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world professional experience and opportunities to develop business and leadership skills. Interns learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire management skills while taking on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals. The internship is team-based, with peers supporting learning and development. The role is located at 16 N 1100 E St., Saint George, UT 84770. Interns develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, creating marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. Participants may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating no later than December 2027 (rising senior).
Must be able to work 25 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to a maximum of 89 days, during the January-to-April window.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the last five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years old.
