Management Trainee Spring Internship - St. George
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with support from peers. The position offers opportunities to learn how to run a successful business and develop skills in management, fleet operations, customer service, marketing, and relationship building. Interns complete projects and may take part in peer competitions. The role is located at 16 N 1100 E ST, Saint George, UT 84770.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating no later than December 2027 (rising senior).
- Able to work 25 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to a maximum of 89 days, during January to April.
- Hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
- Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the past five years.
- Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Be at least 18 years old.
