About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. This opportunity supports the northwest Valley market, including Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Sun City, and surrounding communities; placement depends on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees are based out of a neighborhood branch and learn the business through hands-on training, mentoring, and structured development. The role combines customer-facing service with branch operations, and prepares trainees to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,000–$55,000 and an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of cumulative experience within the last five years in sales (including commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality) or leadership within the military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record, with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and business partners as a representative of Enterprise.
• Learn and support neighborhood branch operations.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually manage a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
