About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the northwest Valley market, including Peoria, Surprise, El Mirage, Sun City, and surrounding communities. Placement depends on business needs and available opportunities throughout the market. Management Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serve customers and business partners while handling branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees build community relationships and develop the knowledge and skills to eventually manage a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. The position offers a targeted first-year annual compensation of $53,000–$55,000, with an average 45-hour workweek.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least one year of cumulative experience within the last five years in commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality, or leadership in the military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record, with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
No DWI/DUI convictions on driving record within the past three years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
At least 18 years old.
Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities
