About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Baraboo, Wisconsin market, including Baraboo, Wisconsin Dells, Reedsburg, Portage, and surrounding Sauk County communities. Placement may be anywhere within the market and will depend on business needs and available opportunities.

Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees build community relationships and develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,300, based on an average 45-hour work week. The listed benefits include paid time off and holidays, insurance coverage, employee discounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn and perform branch operations.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships in the community to support business development.
• Develop the skills needed to run a branch and develop a team.
