About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Baraboo, Wisconsin market, including Baraboo, Wisconsin Dells, Reedsburg, Portage, and surrounding Sauk County communities. Placement may occur throughout the market based on business needs and available opportunities.

Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with training, mentoring, and support, participants learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The role provides a path toward running a branch, developing a team, and cultivating new business. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,300, based on an average 45-hour workweek.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

• Serve as a representative of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Learn and support branch operations.
• Develop customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations skills.
• Build relationships in the community to support business development.
• Prepare to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
