About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Tomah, Wisconsin market, including Tomah, Sparta, Black River Falls, and neighboring communities. Placement may be anywhere within the market based on business needs and available opportunities. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to prepare trainees to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $51,300, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or expected graduation within two semesters.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related driving conviction, including DUI or DWI, within the past three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
