About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Eau Claire market, with opportunities across Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Menomonie, and neighboring West Central Wisconsin communities. Placement may be anywhere in the market and is based on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the skills needed to manage a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. Trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and build relationships in the community. The position offers a career path with opportunities for advancement and an average 45-hour work week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, and/or management or leadership. Qualifying experience may include collegiate or professional athletics, or leadership in military, community, social, or academic organizations.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DUI or DWI) on the driving record within the past 3 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a customer-facing representative of Enterprise and work with business partners.
- Learn and perform branch operations.
- Develop the knowledge and skills needed to manage a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
- Build relationships in the community to support business development.
- Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
- Put customers first.
