About The Position
Cash Depot is hiring a Cash Operations Technician to manage cash operations and perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment throughout an assigned territory. The role combines customer service, cash management, route operations, and basic equipment troubleshooting, with employees working independently and managing daily responsibilities with minimal supervision. The position offers a guaranteed 40-hour work week on a four-day schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Drive time is paid, and a company vehicle is provided. Paid training, stable year-round work, advancement opportunities, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a profit-sharing program are also offered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required.

Responsibilities
- Replenish ATM cash inventories.
- Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls.
- Deliver coin orders and process deposits.
- Follow cash-handling and security procedures.
- Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently.
- Clear ATM jams and replenish receipt paper.
- Perform machine diagnostics, reboot equipment, and install software updates.
- Escalate advanced equipment issues to the technical support team.
- Build strong customer relationships and respond professionally to customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
