About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Clarksville market, including Clarksville, South Clarksville, Fort Campbell, and surrounding communities. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch, with placement at different Enterprise Mobility locations in the market depending on business needs and available opportunities.

The structured, hands-on program teaches the business from the ground up and prepares trainees to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. Trainees serve customers and business partners while learning customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The program includes guidance, mentoring, and opportunities to build relationships in the community.

The position targets first-year annual compensation of $51,200–$54,200, based on an average 45-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes a culture of promotion from within and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled with one semester remaining before graduation with a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership. Military and/or college or professional athletics participation may be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record within the past 5 years, such as DUI/DWI.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing representative of Enterprise and work with business partners.
• Learn branch operations and develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch.
