About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the New Albany/Clarksville market, including New Albany, Jeffersonville, Clarksville, and Southern Indiana. Trainees are based in a neighborhood branch and learn the business through a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support. The role combines customer-facing work with operational responsibilities and prepares trainees to run a branch, develop new business, and build a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative of Enterprise to customers and business partners.
• Handle behind-the-scenes branch operational responsibilities.
• Learn the business through the structured Management Training Program.
• Develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community to support business development.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
• Put customers first while contributing to a culture of friendly competition.
