About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Evansville, Indiana market and surrounding Southwest Indiana communities. Placement may be at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market, based on business needs and available opportunities.

Management Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program, trainees receive training, mentoring, and support to build the skills needed to eventually manage a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. The program includes learning customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, as well as building relationships in the community. The position offers a career path with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Must not have a drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer-facing representative to customers and partners.
• Develop expertise in branch operations.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations skills.
• Build community relationships to support business development.
• Develop the skills to eventually manage a branch and team and cultivate new business.
