About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the New Albany/Clarksville, Indiana market, including New Albany, Jeffersonville, Clarksville, and Southern Indiana. Management Trainees begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as a customer-facing representative and supporting branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,016.20 and an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
