About The Position

Cintas is hiring a Management Trainee for a structured program intended to develop leadership skills and provide hands-on experience across business operations. The trainee will rotate through departments and work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, preparing for potential career advancement within the company. The program also provides access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Requirements

• Must have, or obtain within six months, a bachelor's degree.
• Must have an active driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or an administrative role.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership or management role on campus or participation in related extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist with informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
