Management Trainee
About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, based at a neighborhood branch in Wauseon, Ohio. Trainees learn the business through hands-on training, mentoring, and development, serving customers and partners while building operational expertise. The structured program develops the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, build business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with opportunities to build relationships in the community and advance through a promotion-from-within culture. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,000–$54,277, based on an average 45-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes its business as providing mobility and transportation services through brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or be within two semesters of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license.
- No more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents on driving record in the last three years.
- No drug- or alcohol-related convictions, including DWI/DUI, in the past five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
- At least three months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership. Military service and/or college or professional athletics participation may count in lieu of sales or customer service experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise and develop operational expertise.
- Learn the business from a neighborhood branch through a structured, hands-on training program.
- Develop the skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
- Build relationships in the community to support business development.
- Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
- Put customers first while contributing to a culture of friendly competition.
