About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring Management Trainees for its Management Training Program in the Grand Forks market. The role is based at a neighborhood branch and combines customer-facing work with operational responsibilities. Trainees learn the business through hands-on training, mentoring, and support, with the goal of gaining the skills to run a branch, develop business, and lead a team. The program provides experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and includes building relationships in the community. Placement within the market depends on business needs and available opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past five years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise.
• Handle behind-the-scenes branch operations.
• Learn the business through the structured Management Training Program.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Build relationships in the community to support business growth.
• Learn and apply customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations practices.
• Prioritize customers.
