This position is based out of our neighborhood branches and serves as both the face of the company to customers and partners and as a behind-the-scenes operational expert. You will master the knowledge and skills necessary to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team in a hands-on learning environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

Learn the business from day one based out of a neighborhood branch
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
Function as a behind-the-scenes operational expert
Master skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
Participate in a hands-on learning environment with guidance and mentoring
Establish community relationships essential to building the business
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
Maintain a customer-first focus
