About The Position

The Management Trainee works under the direction of experienced personnel in Parts, Service, Rental, and Service Home Office Operations for a six-month period. The trainee gains the knowledge and experience needed to move into management positions by learning how to identify and apply business strategies and processes. The role assists department managers with day-to-day operations, participates in meetings, attends learning opportunities, and observes experienced staff members performing their duties.

Requirements

Be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
Be willing to relocate within Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be detail-oriented and have strong time-management and organizational skills.
Have excellent internal and external customer satisfaction skills.
Have strong PC and administrative skills and the ability to adapt to changing technology.
Have a strong work ethic.
Be able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and adjust to changing priorities.
Have an excellent driving record.
Be able to work the hours required to meet business and customer demands.

Nice To Haves

A college degree in a related field and/or three years of work experience in management, sales, or service operations.
