About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Eastern Kentucky market. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch, with placement at locations across Pikeville, Prestonsburg, Paintsville, Hazard, Pike County, Floyd County, Johnson County, and surrounding Appalachian Kentucky communities depending on business needs and available opportunities. The role combines customer-facing service with branch operations and provides structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and development. Trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of preparing them to run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Serve as a customer- and partner-facing representative of Enterprise Mobility.
Learn and manage branch operations through a structured, hands-on training program.
Build relationships in the community to support business development.
Develop skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
Prepare to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
