About The Position
Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program supporting the Glasgow, Kentucky market, including surrounding communities in South Central Kentucky. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch, with placement at Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market according to business needs and available opportunities. The structured, hands-on program teaches trainees the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Trainees serve customers and partners while learning branch operations, customer service, sales and marketing, and finance. The role includes guidance, mentoring, and support, as well as community engagement to build business relationships. The position offers a clear career path and opportunities for advancement through a promotion-from-within culture. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week. The employer offers paid time off starting at 12 days per year, insurance coverage, employee discounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions, such as DUI or DWI, within the past five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
