About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Western Kentucky market, with opportunities in Paducah, Murray, Mayfield, Benton, Calvert City, Marshall County, Calloway County, Barkley Regional Airport, and surrounding communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations within the market, depending on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees build community relationships and develop the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, grow business, and develop a team. The position offers a defined career path with opportunities for advancement. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, within the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
