About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program supporting the Madisonville, Kentucky market, including Madisonville, Princeton, Dawson Springs, Hopkins County, Central City, Greenville, and surrounding Western Kentucky communities. Placement may be at different Enterprise Mobility locations within the market based on business needs and available opportunities.

Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while developing operational expertise. Through a structured, hands-on program with guidance, mentoring, and support, trainees build the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team. The program provides experience in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships.

The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80 based on an average 45-hour work week. Enterprise Mobility describes its benefits package as including paid time off, insurance coverage, prescription coverage, employee discounts, and retirement benefits.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree.
• Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• Have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
