About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Elizabethtown, Kentucky market. Trainees may be placed at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market based on business needs and available opportunities, including communities in and around Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Fort Knox, Vine Grove, Hodgenville, Hardin County, Rineyville, and Glendale. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while gaining operational experience. The structured, hands-on program provides training, development, mentoring, and support to build the skills needed to eventually run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training includes customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week, and a benefits package that includes paid time off, insurance coverage, employee discounts, and retirement benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring company work-authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
