About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, supporting the Bowling Green, Kentucky market and surrounding South Central Kentucky communities. Trainees are based at a neighborhood branch, with placement at different Enterprise Mobility locations in the market depending on business needs and available opportunities. The program provides training, development, mentoring, and support, with a career path toward running a branch, cultivating new business, and developing a team. The role combines customer-facing service with branch operations. Trainees learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while building relationships in the community and putting customers first. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80, based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Have a bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
Have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on record in the past five years, such as DUI or DWI.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
