About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Glasgow, Kentucky market. The position may be based at various Enterprise Mobility locations throughout the market, depending on business needs and available opportunities. Management Trainees begin learning the business at a neighborhood branch and serve as a customer-facing representative as well as an operational resource. Through structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support, trainees develop the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run a branch, cultivate business, and develop a team. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building relationships in the community. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $46,014.80 based on an average 45-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction, such as DUI or DWI, in the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
